License and permitted use
Spinshow is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and the applicable Microsoft Store license terms, you may install and use the application for personal, educational, or internal business purposes.
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Spinshow. By installing or using the application, you agree to them.
Your wheel content
You control the reward names, probabilities, win limits, saved wheel setups, and other content you enter. You are responsible for ensuring that this content is lawful, appropriate for participants, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
Draws and outcomes
Spinshow is a general-purpose random selection tool. You are responsible for reviewing the configured probabilities and win limits before a draw. Do not use Spinshow where certified, regulated, audited, or legally supervised random selection is required. The app does not provide legal, gambling, financial, or compliance services.
Prizes and participants
Spinshow does not supply, fund, insure, or deliver prizes. The person or organization operating a wheel is solely responsible for eligibility rules, participant communications, prize fulfillment, taxes, and compliance with applicable promotion or contest laws.
Local data and backups
The app stores its operational data on your device and does not provide cloud backup. You are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining any backups you consider necessary. Clearing data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored information.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve Spinshow or meet platform and legal requirements. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or compatible with every device configuration.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinshow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. You assume responsibility for how you configure and use each wheel.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost prizes, profits, data, or opportunities arising from use of Spinshow.
